Default Zoom in on picture

So ... im was wondering about how do i zoom or set the focus on a picture where i want, i mean lets say i have a picture of my family and i want to change "angel", "focus" to me, like zooming in and changing postion... how do i do that?

Pan/Crop options OR Track Motion. If you want to change your viewing "angle" - use the 3-D option

You can't get BACK an already out of focus video. This has to be achieved in-camera. However, if you are only wanting to apply a soft out-of-focus effect then use "Gaussian Blur" Fx at an initial Keyframe and then Keyframe back into focus.

Well, didnt know how to explain it, and pan/crop worked well. figured it out by myself when playing a little bit, so wanted to close this topic now but you already replied but still thanks alot for the other option gonna try it out. You will see more of me here :P
