Sony Vegas and Media Studio Yep, I know they're not related, but they both fall in the Premiere Alternative bracket in my humble opinion! Post here for Ulead Media Studio or Vegas video problems or pointers...

Dude whats your intention here? Is it to create a DVD that you can watch on your telly? Or is it to create a movie that you can watch on your PC?

You are rendering to a totally unsuitable form - uncompressed. To even play these files is a challenge to all but custom built systems.

Render to a compressed codec.

See this guide for usinf wmv.

First picture....

"video rendering quality : Preview"

Isn't this the lowest quality setting?

If your leaving that setting as 'preview' that's probably the problem, because it's telling the software to do a quick low quality render.

You should change it to 'high' or 'full' if you have that option. That should produce a much better quality version than preview.
