Default low light problem

Hi, I filmed a scene in low halogen light with red gels and the post edit after rendering, watched it back on tv and the scene has jagged edges around the people in the fight scene? does anyone know of a correction for this? thanks very much

I was told it was something to do with interlace. So I deinterlaced the film, and it seemed even worse? Yes I will post you a cap Mark. thanks

Make sure your PROJECT settings are the same for the captured video.
