Default MPEG4 on youtube....

Ok i read that if you upload a vid in mpeg-4, the quality will kill and youtube shows u a sample of a video.


In vegas I render my vid in mpeg-4 which is mp4 with the 320x240 at best quality and vid looks good as the mp4. BUT once uploaded on utube, it looks like shit! lol


whats the problem?
