Sony Vegas and Media Studio Yep, I know they're not related, but they both fall in the Premiere Alternative bracket in my humble opinion! Post here for Ulead Media Studio or Vegas video problems or pointers...

Default Zooming into a clip?

Hey guys.

I've just been taking some screen recordings of myself playing a game and I'm wanting to zoom into certain parts of the clip to show more detail to that area. How do I do this?

How do I zoom into / progressively zoom into say the bottom right corner of the clip to enlarge it for the completed video?

edit: Also- I'm using Sony Vegas 6

You can do this with the pan and crop tool and then set key frames for the motion. www.jetdv.com :: Index has some newsletters on how to do this

Hi,

I've created a basic screencast showing how to use the Pan/Crop tool in Sony Vegas.

Zoom in Hold and Zoom Out using Pan Crop
