Just as the title says, really.
Has anyone here ever tried making "Se7en" style title effects with Vegas? And if so, how did they turn out? Looking to do something similar myself, but not really sure which way to go about it.

I'm trying to achieve something similar to the jumpy, jittery, shaky, totally-f**kin'-insane effect that I believe they achieved through some sort of chemical process.
