Sony Vegas and Media Studio Yep, I know they're not related, but they both fall in the Premiere Alternative bracket in my humble opinion! Post here for Ulead Media Studio or Vegas video problems or pointers...

Angry Vegas 7 Rendering Blury Image

Ihave just finished rendering my daughter's birthday video with Vegas 7
newly installed on my new hp dual core pc

rendered as mpeg2 ntsc , but when I playback I see some sort of ghostly or blured image as the subjects move or when the camera moves.

What can it be?

note ..captured avi does not have that problem though. only the rendered file.

please help.

If I didn't know any better - which I do not - I'd say you've got Motion Blur on the Master Bus. But, nah .. .can't be that?

Anyway, project is set to PAL, I render to MPEG PAL no problem. I vid in Pal, I capture on PAL and edit and render in PAL.

Have you tried making a DVD RW to test? Is your Preview set to Best for Reviewing the MPEG?

Grazie
