Hi all

I've got a bit of basic DV video from my HC27 which I'm looking to spruce up and make more "film like" for a presentation. I was wondering what plugins people use to achieve this. I've read the sticky at the top about colour curves and had a play with them, was wondering what people think is the best "shape" for a filmlike appearance. The loose S shape shown in the tutorial?

What else would help make the footage more appealing to the eye and more professional looking? I've read somewhere about upping contrast and lowering hue (or something like that, don't have the article to hand!), but was just really after some peoples opinions as to what settings to change to make the footage look good.

Are there some of the Vegas plugins that people use with every bit of footage as they are really good for all footage?
