How do I add these. Say for example someone was being interviewed and I wanted to add a picture of something on the screen while he is talking, how is this done?

If you want the picture maybe to the speakers side rather than full screen, add another video track above, import the still and use Track Motion to size and move it to the position of your choice. Really easy!
