Question arrow that tracks moving subject
Can I add an arrow in Vegas to track a moving subject? Like the ones in NASCAR that follow the cars? I want to be able to have a few keyframes to adjust the size and direction of the arrow.

If you have Photoshop or another graphic program you can make an arrow with a tramsperant back ground. Put it on a separate track obove the video and key frame the annimation.
