Can these effects be done in Vegas ?

Hy everyone...

Anyone knows if these effects here (i'm refering to the cool burns and flashes): YouTube - DVX100b Looks Test w/ Letus35FE Nikon Lens can be done in Vegas ? or maybe with the help of some plug-in ? .
I've been trying for a long time to find a way to do those kind of effects but with no luck so far :( I'd really apreciate any help you can give , maybe some After Effects tips if not Vegas...

Anyway, thank you and i'm anxiously waiting your answer !

If you have shot footage properly but even then its not completely needed, it can be done with vegas.

Use the colour correction, brightness contrast & colour curve effects and the flashes can be done by either using the flash transitions or crete a solid colour and ramp the levels as you dissolve between them.

Please also be aware though that the quality of the above clip is down to the lens used.
