Yes it does. I don't know anything about imagine, but Tools/Video/Video Event Pan/Crop - will do what you want.

sorry i mean canopus' imaginate2, with is timed sequential panning and zooming according to themes

Pan & scan comes as standard for the clip and the whole time line if required, 2d and 3d

hey how do i do the "ken burns" pan and zooming effects???

is there a themes packs for the effects??? something like photoshop actions that u can easily reuse?
