Anyone, please. In Vegas 5.0
What is a Crossfade?
And is there a way/tool to create an automatic crossfade?

If you overlap 2 clips on the same video track they will automatically crossfade. There are many different fades built in to vegas, they can be dragged and dropped onto the fade to change it.

Dont get carried away using too many as heavy use of jazzy fades can look a bit rubbish.

"Crossfade" is also the name of the worst thriller ever made!

Brilliant director, cast and crew, crappy script, now only seen on cable television.

Somehow though I think Mark's answer is more relevant!
