Compressed Render

Hello everyone. I need help in Vegas 6.0.

I have a video i took from my camera. it has 265 MB and 4 minutes 26 seconds and is 720x480.
Could you please tell me what render to use so that i convert it in an 80 MB file or even lower at 360x240 or lower.

Please help me. Thanks in advance.

hey. thank you! The file is much smaller! But i would like an avi file. could that be possible ? please help anyone.
