This is probably a whole tutorial it's self, but would someone please tell me if you can put two of you're self in one vid clip, or if you need another program? thanks!

The simplest way would be putting your cam on a tripod and film staying on one half of the screen. the move to the other half with out moving the camara. Put one clip on one track the other on a new track below the first. There are other ways suck as cromakey, After Effects, combustion ex...

The Pan/Crop Tool or the Track Motion Tool can achieve split screens.
