Hi everyone. I was wondering if there were any good suggestions to compress files without losing a whole lot of quality. I finished a video and it was around 4 gigs using 720x480. I need it to go down to under 1 so I can host it on Filefront. Any suggestions?

There aren't any ways to do it without lowering the resolution? Or any other programs I can download?

A wmv compressed at full res at 3 mb /s will look as good as the original. 1 mbit will only give slight degradation on fast movement and is the bandwidth I use on my web site currently.
