Ahh, I think i have the fix. Right click on the vid on the timeline, properties, select ' disable resample'.

No sir, I uninstalled 7.0 and put 6.0 back on.

I have two computers, and BOTH do this while rendering on 7.0, so maybe it forces re-sample as default in 7.0 and not 6.0.
