Green Screen Problem?

ok i got given this link : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vqNa1GUcZek and i watched it twice, i then tryed my self i did everything it said but it left a retanagle which the threshold did not work on or dissiper into the other video,effect or image i have ?
