Missing scenes after using Make Movie Wizard

Sony Vegas and Media Studio Yep, I know they're not related, but they both fall in the Premiere Alternative bracket in my humble opinion! Post here for Ulead Media Studio or Vegas video problems or pointers...

Missing scenes after using Make Movie Wizard

I have had this problem while making a videos so hopefully someone can help...

When I use the "Make Movie Wizard" to convert from a Vegas file to another format, certain scenes are missing when I play the file back. These tend to be the shorter, faster ones. I have tried converting to different formats. Any suggestions?
