Sony Vegas and Media Studio Yep, I know they're not related, but they both fall in the Premiere Alternative bracket in my humble opinion! Post here for Ulead Media Studio or Vegas video problems or pointers...

Default Moving an image using 3D in Vegas

Hello All,
This is my first posting in this forum. I have been using Sony Vegas 5.0 only for the past 5 months and I am still learning.
I am sure one of you can help. I am having a hard time doing this.
1) The image(zoomed out) is placed at the right bottom corner in the beginning.
2) It slowly moves towards the center of the screen. The image is zoomed in as it moves.
3) When it reaches the center, it is zoomed to the full size of the screen.
4) Then it moves towards top left corner, and now the image is slowly zoomed out.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Do you mean something like this?

link

I suspect you mean something different - but you said you want to zoom as it moves - I think by definition this means that by the time it gets to the middle it has to be full size.

If you want the bottom right to move upwards also then by the time the picture gets to be full size you'll have a big black area at the bottom right and the top left will be cropped off.

Use 'trackmotion' with a few keyframes.

Hover your mose pointer over the icons near the track number and you will find it, click on it and have a play and you will soon get the hang.
