    Lightbulb Panning 3D Photo Bullet Time Effect

    I've seen this before in videos but this is a great example of what I want to learn to do. Here is what I'm referring to:

    I believe I have the equipment to do it, but I'm not sure how to begin. Do you?

    Most of the stuff I know how to do has been from experiment and trial/error...

    Please. Can you tell us what equipment you already have which will suitable? "Bullet Time" requires, I thought, hundreds of cameras.
