Thread: Need Guidance on Video Creating

Hi, I am a 22yr old student and would like to know how to create a video similar to the youtube link attached for my class graduation video. What are the software used and how do the make the building raise from the ground up etc?

It's a 3D animation and if you have never used a program like this before I doubt you will be able to produce anything as good as this before your graduction piece has to be handed in.

I don't know which particular program they used but it takes a long time to learn and then apply that sort of thing.

Perharps, but i am still interested to learn this. Any recommendations on softwares etc to use?

You can use online video editing if you need the similar kind of video.
Watch the video carefully before you start editing.
This will give you a clear idea what you have and what you don't have.

For the 3d, download 'blender' its free which is good and very powerful there is lots of tuts on youtube to get you started and if you want a free editing program 'lightworks' is good although there is no title function atm.
