oooh I like that, Guru. Maybe with a question mark - "Dead End ?"
That also follows Leo (rollingstock's) principle of keeping an audience by asking a question at the beginning.

Most suicides are derivates from a form of mental illness (diagnosed or not) specially depression, a situation where you help hopeless. Here are a few ideas for you:

If the documentary is in first person perspective:

"Beyond Myself"
"So help me God"
"Because I had to"
"I'm sorry world"
"The day I was freed"

If the documentary is narrative in third person:

"Living to Die"
"One Way"
"Getting Out"
"Good Bye (name of the person)"
" Mind Reflections"

Hope this helps.

^^^^ they sure do - as a sufferer of depression about every ten years i have been close, and as a psyc nurse it is one of the things we always throughly asses with any new patient.

90% of suicides involve some form of mental illness.

Ref in case usful to you - Barraclough, B, Bunch, J, Nelson, B, Sainsbury, P, (1974), ‘A Hundred Cases of Suicide: Clinical Aspects’, British Journal of Psychiatry, 125, 355-73

Thats an old piece of research but morbidity rates and prevelances are pretty static for most mental illnesses.
