Script Question

hi everyone I am new to this forum and I have a couple questions. Right now I am on a mission. I have to websites that I am working with but i want to add video but I dont know how to do this.

I want to add an online spokesperson (similar to onsitevideos(dot)com). The thing is I dont want a actor, I want to use myself in the video. I can make a video using a green screen and crop myself out, but I dont know where to go from there.

Any help would very appreciated.
