Fast Video Machine

Any users out there?
I use Video Machine lite DDPR which up to now has been a reliable editing tool. The fault that has developed happens during playback from the timeline. Video 2 channel has horizontal and vertical banding with a green/yellow cast. Any advice - specific VM user forums, for example, would be much appreciated.
