Thread: Pinnacle Studio error message: “Error opening video file”

Hi!

I have some big problems with my Pinnacle studio plus 10.
Everytime I try to import a video file or edit what I have captured from my dv-camera, I get the annoying message “Error opening video file”.

Hi,

I had the same problem.
What version are you on?
I saw the problem with version 10.0 and 10.5.2.
So if you are on 10.0 go get the 10.5 (not 10.5.2) version.
If you are on 10.5.2 then wipe Studio and reinstall and apply the 10.5 patch.
