Default Help! Video size too big!!

Hey I just finished a compiltion in mpg format...I downgraded the quality and it's still 19MB!!! The video is only about 4 minutes long...Anyone have any ideas? What format gives the lowest file size but still good quality? BTW i'm using Pinnacle Studio..

Thanks,
-Terry

generally speaking, the best quality/size tradeoff is mpeg-4. not as widely playable though.

You could try compressing your file to divX format. This gives very hi quality and vey low file size.
