Solution

Many have posted this problem but no clear solutions that I found. Here it is:
-problem is with your MP3 Audio CoDecs
-CoDec = Compresson Decompression
- this is used to conver the MP3 back and forth to
WAV files on the file when needed to play file

-go here and load this Codec pack - KLite
http://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm

-this will fix the problem
