Sony Z1

Hi,

ive got a sony Z1 on loan and Im trying to capture HD 50i footage into pinnalce liquid edition 6. I have set up the camera to go out the dv in HD but my computer doesn't then capture from the camera (it just stops working) Do i need a different type of firewire card or something?
