dazzle dvc 80 pinnacle studio 9 quick start sound problem

hello can anyone help me?
i trying for a while capturing movie from a camcorder, but the thing is when using pinnacle studio 9 quick start wervy thing works perfectly, but when i go to edit i lose the sound on the movie, can anyone help me on this?

You could try capturing sound directly through your sound card (lini-in port) instead of using the audio capture of that device.

ahh haa i had this a time back, but i was using a 4 channel mic on the sony.

After alot of messing about ( 2 weeks ) Studio finnaly put its hands in the air and said " Hey Brian you need a Extra bit for stuio and will cost you £ 9 ) so after the little down load it all worked

the down load was Dolby 2 channel

m Money and Plug ins Hey !!!

Didnt know it was the problem untill a week later , it sort of came up and said " hey youve been trying for so long to get the sound to work in this clip- try this plug in"

Why didnt it ask me in the first place goodness knows ?
