anyne know a way of changing framerates in liquid or in a plugin??? What does it look like??

CAn you clarify a bit more what it is you are trying to achieve.

LE6 will support multiple frame rate resources on the timeline during editing but obviously will produce a film of a specific frame rate when exporting.
