I see someone posted a query concerning the cost of Pinnacle plug-ins some while ago. Rather foolishly, I decided to activate a couple of the locked plug-ins. I paid me money and received activation codes - which just will not work. I have tried to use them, but every time I get a message saying I need to contact Pinnacle to 'unlock' When I type in the code, I am told that they have been unlocked, but no sirree!. Pinnacle have been quite helpful in trying to resolve the problems, but it still remains the fact that I paid over £50 a week ago for somethings I can't use. I've now gone back to Pinnacle and asked for my money back, but whether I shall get it remains to be seen. Has anyone else had a similiar problem?

this has just happend to me, it has taken 7 emails to get them unlocked

I'm still in email correspondence with them - last suggestion was that I should uninstall and reinstall. I did that, but they are still inoperable

yes i tried that, in the end it just seemed to work on its own, they even gave me a new key but that did not work.

They did that for me as well - at least they are helpful

hmm i have just paid for some more and they are not working...not again
