Default Titles

Hi there,

Typical lost newb here... I'm using studio 9, and it seems easy enough to use so far. That's based on my vast experience of one 2 min sports video

I'm finding the title's a bit basic. Am I overlooking a whole set of options or do I need an add-on?
I tried using... dare I say it windows movie maker, to create an intro but studio 9 couldn't read the file when I tried to import it.

Thanks for any ideas.

Paul

I would say that Pinnacle allows you the very basics in editing and does not come with all the fancy features that some of the high end programs are designed for or for what you pay for. Keep in mind that this is really an entry level program with some bells and whistles to entice you and to help you in this great editing world. I would agree that the titles section is very basic but you do have some flexibility with customization and such and I do not think you are missing anything. I am also not aware of any other plug-in that would enhance the titles section but check on the Pinnacle site just to be sure as they are always adding new features and add-ons.

Thanks Scooter

Yeah I guess it is kinda basic compared to some. I noticed some high-end prices when I was looking through the reviews

I'll learn to make the most of what I've got.

Cheers
