dazzle 120

I have pinnacle studio 9 installed on my sony laptop. will I be able to use a dazzle 120 device to capture from my analog camcorder, and will this device work with my pinnacle software.

I've just started this video editing business and I haven't a clue what I should be buying and what works with what.
