pinnacle studio 11 clock

i am wondering if anyone knows how to get a clock to show on the movie itself. i need it to be a running clock on the video somewhere. like a stop watch kinda timer i can so the video time if it would like but i need a timer/stopwatch/clock on the video so when people watch the video they can see the clock/timer/stopwatch.

please help
