problem browsing mpeg-4

I'v got "Pinnacle Studio Plus 9.3" an I can't browse any mpeg-4.
and I have already entered the activation key "MPEG-4 Encoding/Decoding"
what should I do???

Just had a look at the FAQs on Pinnacle. You may need to upgrade to 9.4. I suggest you move to Studio 11+

I suggest you look at Pinnacle's upgrade / patch page HERE

They're all free.

For example, the 9.4.3 patch includes the following useful upgrade:

Import of AVI files with MP4S CODEC (MS MPEG4 flavor) is now properly supported
