Hello Rob, sorry for my delayed response.
I tried capturing with a lower volume, but to no avail.

How low did you go? Incredibly low?
Pinncale has mucked up for my multiple times in the past, so I would definately try importing it back into Pinnacle a few times, and trying it again each time. Also, if you're capturing it elsewhere, try capturing it from within Pinnacle.

To Rob:
I went down to 14%, I thinks this is low enough.
And I can't capture with Pinnacle, because I have a regular VHS cassette, and Pinnacle captures from digital camcorders only.
