I have recently purchased Pinnacle Studio 500-USB Version 10.Initially I had problems installing it, once I had resolved that I am now having trouble both capturing and editing.
I have no preview window when capturing From a camacorder (despite the preview box being ticked) and when I stop capturing nothing appears in the frames preview in the Edit mode.

I understand that I need to add the patch 10.7 which may resolve the problems is this correct or am i doing something wrong

Any responses please keep simple as I easily get lost in "computer speak !!
