Saving Edited Text?

Hi

I'm making a presentational film in which I need lots of Titles. I also need to use the same titles a number of times. Anybody know how i can save the title that i make. At the moment I can figure it out and I'm having to make the same title over and over again. If I was using the same time line, it would be no problem (copy and paste) but I'm not.
