Animating Text

Hi

Does anybody know how i can make some animted text to be used with Studio 9? I've been experimenting with Flash and converting into .AVI and then using Premiere pro to over lay, but it make the final version "flicker when the animation occurs.

Studio9 has some cool text effectsthat I'm customising, but i really want the animation too.
