Hey. I have Hollywood FX Plus, but when I click on a transition, it says "PLUS" and "PRO" and to the right it says "click here to unlock"

i can't figure out how to enable it for some reason. I've tried registering everything like 4 times! There's nothing that says "unlock" or anything.
I'm sure it's a simple thing, can somebody please help me out!

I thought that this was a seperate plug-in that has to be purchased?

I bought Hollywood FX PLUS (extra $) when I got v.8

Now that I have 9, it's supposed to relate over and
upgrade me to FX 5.2 or whatever it is. I can't get it to unlock
