help: your project is to big to fit onto disc

I dont get it, i am using pin 9 (as i always do). gone to "make movie" and its says AVAILABLE 82 MINS, USED 103MINS 74%QUALTY but it says "THIS PROJECT IS TO BIG TO FIT ONTO DISC"
I have it set to auto and not most on disc, i have never had this prob before.

pls help

it seems that its somthing to do with using one of the set menus, if i make my owm its ok, but if i use one set by pin then it says its to big???
