Unhappy Not enough video memory???

Hello,
I've just upgraded to a new faster computer.Dell E521 with AMD prosessor ,and added EN7300GT Videocard.
Here is the problem,I'm asble to capture HD video footage from my sony HDR-HC3.But the moment i try to import the clips for edting all I get is the message >Not enough memory !!I've contacted Dell...but they say nothing wrong with computer, its a software Issue.

Does anyone have had a simil.experiance or answers? thank you for any help.

Studio 10.5 was working very good before on my Pentium 4.

to me it seems like a ram problem. if you are capturing HD vid then its gunna take a lot of ram and hard drive space
