I'm a sort of occasional armchair rally fan - I do have a passing interest and like watching it if it's on TV (and playing Colin McRae Rally 2005 on the PS2 with a Speedster 3 steering wheel ), but by no means do I make pace notes for my way home from work or anything like that!

Anyway, the video...

Each scene is good, not too much lingering on one specific scene, loads of different camera angles, different types of shot and so on. I do think the video goes on for a little too long though, and I would have liked to have seen a couple of jumps in there. It was nice to see more than just the race, the mechanics doing all their work and everything.

One thing, I'm had to remove your avatar, because it was way too wide and was making the messageboard text all weird

The leingth of the video was determined by the music, so I cant just kill it. I also was limmited on the content, such as jumps, service, etc.
This was my first few attempts at putting something together. But comments on how to improve are always welcome.

Sorry about the Avatar.. I was thinking it was the signiture.
I will come up with one that fits correctly.

Hey Brian,
You are in New Hampshire, how did you manage to get the Canadian version of OLN? Or am I mistaken in the logo? Do you film for them? Checked out your site (I am only an armchair enthusiast of rallying, but do drive short course slalom) and liked the raw footage - you could make good season montages mixing the on-board with the spectator clips. Looking forward to seeing more of your filming, hhh
