    Nero 7 Premium does (windows)...

And possibly the new version of FCP (Mac), which was released this week, but not checked it out yet, but I know it can handle some mp4 H.264 codecs

Thank for information. But the price for these products not small. Our product costs only 75$. I tried the last Ulead Studio but I cannot import my AVCHD files into studio. AVCHD files can be edited in XMuxer Pro without conversion.
Elecard Ltd. - video editing software, transport stream, MP4, multiplexing, HD DVD, trimming

I corresponded with Marc Peters in occasion of an opportunity use links to our products.

Beta release of Elecard AVCHD Editor for dummies. Very simple and fast, no re-encoding.
Beta testers are welcome. Need your support to find bugs, to test with different camcorders and of course for feature requests.

Pinnacle Studio 12 does it. But you need a VERY powerful machine or it's a slow process. You also don't get much control over how you output your videos. There are various presets but they can't be refined very much.
