New to these forums but anyway, here is my site made about a week ago:

Here is a few of the of the tutorials:
How to censor faces or any part of a video for free
How to reverse a video
Make light sabre video and sound effects
There is also an effects archive (under construction) with muzzle flashes, bullet effects, etc.
This site is non-commercial and everything on it is free, don't take it as spam.

2 observations:
- most tutorials were written for Windows Movie Maker 2
- I particularly enjoyed the 'Go to websites your school wont allow' tutorial and it must be video related
