80 GB SATA II HARD DRIVE
NEC DVD BURNER

The CPU and RAM are OK, but why such a small hard drive?
Get two large, fast hard disks (like 160 gigs each or more), configure a RAID array and you're done.

I don't think you need more memory. Surely it depends on the applications you use, but I've found 1 GB of RAM plenty for what I do (Avid worked fine even when I only had 512 MB, just took more to load)...

Anyway, that 80 GB SATA-II drive will be a great system drive when you get another large one for video.
