Default PC for Video Editing

Hi there,

I am planning to buy a PC and got this offer ( http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...EBWA%3AIT&rd=1)

The configuration:

CPU INTEL P4 3.0 GHz HT FSB 800 Mhz 478pin BOX
512KB Cache, incl. original Intel CPU cooler

ASUS P4P800 Deluxe - Audio/USB2.0/Firewire/LAN/AGP8x/Dual-Channel-DDR400/SATA/RAID

1024 MB DDRAM 400Mhz PC3200 Infinion

Geforce FX 5600 256 MB TV out DVI or Radeon 9600pro 128 MB DDR TV out DVI (might use my very reliable Matrox G 550 instead)

DVD Laufwerk 16x/48x NEC

160 GB Festplatte 7200 U/min Maxtor,Samsung, Seagate or IBM (which?)

I know I need a CD RW (might use the one in my old pc (Lg 48x16x4

I am also planning on getting a small second harddrive for the os.

But am I missing something important?

Also wondered about the final output media (VHS, DVD, WEB, DVCam) ?
Ok, I know I can burn stuff, but how would I get it on VHS or DVCam?

Thanks for your help

Jürgen
