Asus P5WD2 Premium 955X . Let me hear it fellas, this is the one i got my eye on. thanks for the advice, people.

I would always, always recommend Asus over any other motherboard manufacturer. Saying that, I don't have experience with that particular board, but I've used loads and loads of Asus ones and they're nice and stable. Not always the best for overclocking, but if you're into video editing, you shouldn't be stressing your system like that anyway.
