From a personal point of view, I prefer cases with a drive bay cover. I went for a rollys royce case laster year, Cooler Master ATC110 -
http://www.coolermaster.com/case/p110.htm - you'll probably want to sound proof it as there's 4 case fans in addition to the CPU and GPU fan!
One caveat with this is that there's not much clearance behind the door (I had set my temparature contols back half a CM - but this has more of an impact if you're planning to install a storm bay as I'm not sure this will fit inside okay without being set back). The door also kind of defeats the purpose of having easy access to front ports. But it does look neat.

Combine this with some drive bezels and you've got a smart case with easy access to various ports. You may have guessed that I like cooler master cases
